Dave joined Bennett Williams in 1970 as a Commercial Agent, purchased the Company in 1981, and now serves as Chairman of the board for Coldwell Banker Commercial Bennett Williams. Robert J. Behler, Jr., CCIM, CRB
Executive Vice-President & Broker of Record
Bob began his career in real estate in 1981 with Bennett Williams after graduating from York College. Bob was subsequently promoted to Assistant to the President, and to his present position in 1989. In 1991, he assumed the responsibilities of Broker of Record and currently holds a Broker’s license in the States of Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Virginia.
Bob has participated in the sale, leasing, marketing and development of tens of millions of dollars of commercial and industrial real estate. Bob has particularly been involved in sale and lease of neighborhood shopping centers. Bob is past Chairman of the RPAC & Commercial/Industrial Committees. He also served on the Leadership Development Committee, Consumer Protection and Long-Range Planning Committees for the Realtors Association of York & Adams Counties (RAYAC). Currently, Bob is a member of the Board of Directors of RAYAC, and serves on their Commercial Industrial Forum, MLS Committee and Affordable Housing Committee. He is a Life Member of RPAC and has his CCIM and CRB Designations.
In the community, Bob has participated for many years in York Hospital Fund Raising, including the Giving for Living Campaigns, Century Campaign and was Chairman for the Good Neighbor Fund Campaign. He has also been involved in other community fund raisers including Muscular Dystrophy, March of Dimes, York County Special Olympics and the Strand Capitol Corporate Membership Campaign. Bob is a member of the Masons, Shrine and Scottish Rite, and served on the Board of Directors for the Masonic Center.

Bobby Traynham
Senior Vice President and Principal Partner
Bobby joined Bennett Williams in 1991 and is Senior Vice President and one of the principle partners in the company. Bobby’s focus in the real estate industry over the years has been in retail tenant representation. He spends most of his time working with high-end specialty retailers nationally such as Talbot’s, Ann Taylor, Williams-Sonoma and Jos. A. Bank. In addition to focusing on the tenant rep side of the business he works closely with developers to identify development opportunities for lifestyle centers. He brokered the land for Shoppes at Susquehanna Marketplace with Stanbery Development in Harrisburg, PA as well as Shoppes at Wyomissing in the Reading, PA market. Bobby also brokered the land at Shoppes at Montage in Scranton, PA for Jeffrey R. Anderson Real Estate.
Bobby was a former board member of Junior Achievement of South Central Pennsylvania and currently serves as a council member for JA. He resides in York (when not traveling) with his wife Karen and two sons Colton and Clayton.

Chad Stine
Partner / Vice President
Chad A. Stine, Vice President and Partner joined Bennett Williams Realty, Inc. in 1999 after graduating from Penn State University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
Chad now specializes in investment property sales and acquisitions, as well as tenant and landlord representation. Chad currently represents over three million square feet of retail space for sale or lease across Central Pennsylvania. His primary focus is new construction development and leasing, as well as site selection for national tenants such as Five Guys Burgers & Fries, Hurricane Grill & Wings, Snap Fitness, Rutters, Pita Pit, Jimmy Johns, Dollar General, Savers, and Infinitos Pizza & Pasta, to name a few.
In 2006, 2007 and 2008, Chad was awarded the Gold Circle of Distinction Award and the 2009 and 2010 Silver Circle of Distinction Award from Coldwell Banker Commercial. In 2008 and 2009, he was also named by Coldwell Banker Commercial as one of the top 2% of commercial real estate agents in the country. In addition to his national awards, he was also named as one of the top listing agents of the year from 2004 through 2010 by Bennett Williams. In 2007 through 2010, Chad was awarded the CoStar Power Broker Award for “Top Retail Leasing Brokers for the Philadelphia Region”. Chad is an active member of the ICSC and attends all northeast conventions and the national convention in Las Vegas every year.

Steve Wolf
CFO / Partner
Steve graduated from York College of Pennsylvania with degrees in Business Management and Accounting. Prior to joining Bennett Williams in 1996 as CFO, Steve was Controller for Capital Parts Washers, Inc., an environmental company in Harrisburg, PA specializing in disposal of liquid hazardous waste, and Controller of York Distribution Company in York, PA a wholesale distributor of variety and department store merchandise.
Steve is a licensed Realtor and a member of the Harrisburg Association of Realtors.

Chris Seitz
Vice President Property Management
Chris E. Seitz is a Vice President with Coldwell Banker Commercial Bennett Williams with over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate. Mr. Seitz is responsible for land and building acquisitions and dispositions, consulting services and asset management.
Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial Bennett Williams, Mr. Seitz was associated with Crossgates Inc., a commercial real estate development and consulting firm located in Harrisburg and the York County Economic Development Corporation.
Mr. Seitz has extensive experience developing and marketing large commercial/industrial parks including the York City Business and Industry Park, Penn Township Park, Highridge Business Park, Tilden Commercial Park, Bethel Township Industrial Park, NorthPort, WestPort and TecPort. Mr. Seitz also has extensive economic development experience gained from working with the Commonwealth’s Department of Community and Economic Development as well as local and regional economic development organizations. Mr. Seitz has been instrumental in procuring a multitude of grants and low interest loans for clients.
Mr. Seitz has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Management, an Associates degree in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration. He is a member of the Harrisburg Association of Realtors, the Technology Council of Central PA, the Harrisburg Chamber Environmental Committee and President of the Red Lion Area School board. In 2002 Mr. Seitz was also recognized as distinguished member of the 40 under Forty in Central PA.
