Joe rejoined Bennett Williams in 2017 and primarily works in PA, MD, WV and upstate NY. He was previously an owner of a Lancaster, PA commercial brokerage company.
Current Tenant Representation exclusives include Pet Valu, Primanti Bros., First Watch, GNC, and Which Wich in addition to assisting other tenants and developers.
Successfully completed assignments include multiple transactions with many national and regional retailers, investors and developers in Pennsylvania and its surrounding states. Joe also sells single and multi-tenant retail properties and assists with corporate disposition assignments.
Joe began his commercial real estate career in 1989 at Bennett Williams and secured his CCIM designation in 2004. He earned a marketing degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA and is an active member of the Retail Brokers Network and International Council of Shopping Centers. Joe has served as co-chairman of the Retail Brokers Network Investment Sales Council and he attends at least four ICSC conventions per year.
Joe resides in York PA with his wife Laurie Anne where she serves as President and CEO of the Board of Child Care in Baltimore, MD.
