       Bobbie Van Buskirk is an Executive Sales Associate with Coldwell Banker Commercial Bennett Williams in the Harrisburg office. She also works as a Project Manager with Vara, Inc. a local interior design and project management firm.

      As a Central Pennsylvania native Bobbie has over 17 years of experience in the real estate market. Bobbie worked with the Executive Vice President of the Pennsylvania Manufactured Housing Association and the Pennsylvania Recreational Vehicle and Camping Association on legislation, PennDot and zoning issues for its' members. She joined Rouse & Associates in their Central PA office and worked in numerous areas from tenant fit outs to leasing and marketing. During an UPREIT transaction Bobbie moved into a position with First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc., one of the largest industrial real estate trusts in the United States. Her time with First Industrial was spent in many positions which included property management, leasing and marketing, tenant fit-outs, development projects, special projects and assisting in the formation of the Development Services group for First Industrial.

      Bobbie was the Assistant Vice President for Crossgates, Inc., servicing as Project Manager for the TecPort Business Center located in Swatara Township, Pennsylvania.

      Bobbie experience and relationships in the market are an added value to Bennett Williams and her clients.
