      Chad graduated from Penn State University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology. He now specializes in tenant and landlord representation as well as investment property acquisitions and sales. Chad’s primary focus is new construction development and shopping center leasing, in addition to site selection for national tenants such as Quiznos Subs, Five Guys Famous Burgers and Fries, and Cartridge World, to name a few. His experience, knowledgeable support staff and education help him effectively service his clients with needs ranging from $600/month leases to shopping center acquisitions of $10 million.

Chad has been nationally recognized with Colwell Banker’s Gold Circle of Distinction in 2006; Bronze Circle of Distinction in 2004 and 2005; and was named Bennett Williams Listing Agent of the Year 2004, 2005 and 2006.
