     Bradley A. Rohrbaugh, a principle in the firm, joined Bennett Williams Realty, Inc. in 1999. Recognizing his potential, Brad was chosen by David R. Schad, Chairman of the Board, to work side by side with him in assisting with high profile real estate clients and transactions. Over the past decade, Brad has realized that potential and has garnered a wealth of experience and knowledge; however, his knowledge is not limited to listing and selling commercial/ industrial properties. Brad’s areas of expertise have expanded and his “primary focus” is retail/commercial sales and leasing, which allows him to efficiently work with buyers/sellers and landlords/tenants throughout Central Pennsylvania alike. Presently, he represents almost 1 million square feet of retail space for lease across Central Pennsylvania, both anchored and unanchored, for numerous landlords. Brad is currently working with National Tenants exclusively such as The UPS Store, Furniture Row and Maggie Moo’s; and has assisted other brokers in consummating deals with Starbucks, Five Guys Burgers & Fries, Red Robin, Cartridge World, Fuddruckers, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Super Cuts and Dunkin’ Donuts just to name a few.

     Brad was awarded the 2006 Silver Circle of Distinction Award from Coldwell Banker Commercial as one of the premier commercial real estate agents in the country. And in 2006, he was named the top listing agent at Coldwell Banker Commercial Bennett Williams Realty, Inc. Brad is also an active member of the ICSC and attends all northeast conventions every year.
