       Tom Powers is President of Coldwell Banker Commercial Bennett Williams - Harrisburg, as well as, Powers & Associates, LLC. Powers & Associates, LLC. Is a real estate development firm, which focuses on the innovative redevelopment of existing buildings in the Central PA region.

     Tom earned his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice at Villanova University in 1979 and his Masters in Human Services from Nova University in 1982. Tom has spent 15 years in real estate development, most of it as Senior Vice President of the Harrisburg area for Crossgates, Inc., one of the area's largest commercial developers. In doing so, Tom has built an impeccable reputation and a very significant network in Central Pennsylvania. Tom is a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania.

     Tom's experience includes the oversight and marketing of the TecPort Business Center, the Capital Regions first technology campus. Tom has worked with clients to include the Pennsylvania Life Sciences Greenhouse, Computer Aid, Inc., Commerce Bank, Health America, Technology Council of Central Pennsylvania, Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, Capital Blue Cross, LAM Systems, I-Sys Technologies, and Hershey Entertainment and Resorts.
