      Rick S. McGinnis joined the Harrisburg Division of Bennett Williams and brings with him 20+ years of experience in Industrial Sales, Marketing, and Management Consulting. He attended both George Mason University and the University of Pittsburgh.

Rick started in business as a Management Consultant for a top 10 Industrial and Commercial Consulting Firm advising manufacturers how to become more competitive in an ever expanding economy. From there he branched out into Sales and subsequently Sales Management. Most recently he operated his own Manufacturers Rep Company as well as offering consulting services to companies wishing to bring their products and/or services to the US.

Through his business ownership and vast business background he brings a unique perspective to his clients. Rick specializes in Sale and Leasing of Commercial Land, Investment Properties, and Retail Tenant Representation. In 2006, Rick has listed or co-listed over $30 million of all types of property throughout Dauphin, Lancaster, and York Counties.
