       Mr. Hower joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Bennett Williams in 2006, working out of Bennett William’s 4409 N. Front Street, Harrisburg office. Mr. Hower will apply his 40 years of real estate experience in serving land and industrial clients.

      Prior to joining CBC Bennett Williams, Mr. Hower worked at High Associates, Mechanicsburg, Pa, specializing in land and industrial sales and leasing. Prior to High Associates, he was associated with Coldwell Banker Homesale Services Group In Camp Hill, handling land sales and industrial sales and leasing.

      Past and current real estate clients include: U-Haul; Olivetti Corporation of America; Volkswagen; University of Pennsylvania; Pulti Homes; New Penn Trucking; Penn Central Corporation; Lowe’s; Square D Corporation; Kodak; Fine Line Homes; DHL; and Coldwell Banker Homesale Services Group.

      Mr. Hower has been man of the year with Rouse and Associates, Man of the Year with the Greater Harrisburg Area Chamber of Commerce, and has serviced on various Chamber committees.

      Mr. Hower is a member of the Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors. He is past treasurer of and a current member of the Great Harrisburg Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
